Job Description:
Watan’s Social and Technical Services Association (WSTA) is a Nonprofit and Non-Governmental Organization which was established in 1992 with the aim to provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable Afghan communities. WSTA is registered with the Ministry of Economy under license number 352, and with UNOPS office, based on code No. WON and registration No. OPS-CR-0535. WSTA is member of ANCB and ACBAR.

Since its establishment, WSTA has supported the most vulnerable and conflict affected men, women and children. We have partnered with UNHCR, UNOCHA, UNWFP, IOM, IRC, Care International, Australia Aid, Canada Fund and Relief International to provide humanitarian aid by over 200 projects implemented across 20 provinces of Afghanistan. With our headquarter in Kabul, we have 10 active provincial offices in Parwan, Bamyan, Ghazni, Nangarhar, Paktia, Khost, Paktika, Panjshir, Herat, Daikundi and active presence in Kandahar and Balkh. Currently WSTA has 400 active employees which includes 320 males and 80 females. WSTA provides livelihood, vocational training, education, shelter, water and food assistance to most vulnerable communities particularly women in Afghanistan.

Preparation of all teaching materials and ensuring appropriate equipment is available in the classroom.
Responsible for controlling the student's timesheets.
Provide a good environment for the delivery of the instructions and clinical objectives to the students.
 Supervise the students to find their weaknesses and assign the areas the students need more focus and support, putting the results of the evaluation in the logbook.
Support the students to enable them to find the answers to their questions and implement the theoretical sessions in the practical area.
Identify any capacity-building opportunity for the students to supplement their teaching in order to ensure that the indicators and standards of the educational process are maintained
To inform the project manager regarding any student problems.
Communicate any working problems with the project manager.
Creating a positive environment of academic learning
Having a good relationship with the other trainers and staff
Any other duties as designated by the project manager
 
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Midwifery

To be able to fluently speak and write English, Pashto, and Dari languages.

Candidates without knowing the English Language are discouraged to apply.

Training in electronic data processing, information technology or related field.

Create and maintain database and spreadsheets that meet operational requirements.

To have full access to Ms. Word, Excel, Ms. Access and PowerPoint
Experience in working as database officer is required
Having working flexibly in the early morning and in late evening without any bonus.
