Job description

Job Summary:

The recruited participant will use the online discussion support system “D-Agree” to discuss selected topics, the topics are very easy to discuss, and can use their general knowledge to just engage in the discussion, by posting their opinions in English as text, and engaging in the discussion by posting to her/his group member and agent. 

A total of 30 Dollars net incentives will be paid to each participant for all three days, Payment can be made through MOMO, Top-up, or Cash.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fill out the questionnaire survey shared on the Submission Guideline, for applying the position.
  • If you selected, you should attend on a training how to use the system (10-30 minutes) and perform the following tasks:
  • Day 1: The participant must participate in asynchronous online discussion 9 am- 4 pm) at their convenience, and synchronous online discussion 4 pm- 5 pm).
  • Day 2: The participant must participate in asynchronous online discussion 9 am- 4 pm) at their convenience, and synchronous online discussion (4 pm- 5 pm).
  • Day 3: The participant must participate in asynchronous online discussion (9 am- 4 pm) at their convenience, and synchronous online discussion (4 pm- 5 pm); and finally fill out the post-survey (5-10 minutes).
  • During the asynchronous discussion, participants can stay online and offline, but he/she must stay and post for a minimum of one hour during the asynchronous discussion period (9 am-4 pm) per day. During the synchronous discussion, a participant must stay online during the whole one-hour period (4 pm-5 pm) per day.
  • The rules and tasks will be explained during training.
  • Must be able to attend the exact time and dates. 

Job Requirement:

  • Nationality: Afghan
  • Age: Should be 18-40
  • Academic background: bachelor or upper bachelor’s degree.
  • Good English writing skills.
  • The person who possesses a computer connected to the internet.
  • Must have good internet and Smart Phone or Computer.
  • Should have good general knowledge of Afghanistan.
