Job Summary:
The HR assistant will be responsible for executing the recruitment/hiring, attendance, allowances calculations, employees' relations, data administration process, and other general HR/administrative procedures/issues at the regional level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the effective recruitment & hiring process of the region.
Provide the necessary data for the monthly payroll and calculate the allowances of the staff as per the applicable policies and procedures.
Look after arranging and maintaining of complete and confidential personnel filling system at the regional office.
Update and maintain the daily attendance and leaves databases.
Assist in proper implementation and enforcement of the HR policies in the region.
Maintain employee relations and be the contact person for HR-related queries throughout the region.
Processing employees’ promotions, transfers, increments, resignations, clearance, and terminations as per the applicable HR policies.
Taking care of staff attendance and checking it on monthly basis for non-reporting, late reporting, or early departure of the employees and sharing the data with the HR Management.
Processes and follows up on all required HR documentation, verifying the hiring documents of the new employees for validity and completeness.
Guidance and briefing of newly hired employees on the company’s rules and regulations, benefits, and work environment.
Oversee the preparation of relevant documentation for and follows-up on the implementation of HR-related management decisions.
Draft correspondence for HR-related issues and maintain confidentiality.
Meet deadlines; provide efficient and effective services to management and staff.
Other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Excellent command of English Language, and good command of local languages (Dari and Pashto).
Effective computer skills.
Effective skill in maintaining friendly and professional relationships at all levels in the company.
Excellent oral and communication skills.
Strong follow-up skills, and punctuality to meet deadlines.
Being proactive and multi-tasking skills.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
