About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan)
Aga Khan Health Service, Afghanistan (AKHS,A), an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), is a long-term partner of the ‘Ministry of Public Health, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’ for the implementation of “Basic Package of Health Services” in three provinces (Baghlan, Bamyan and Badakhshan), and implementation of Essential Package of Hospital Service (EPHS) in Badakhshan and Bamyan province. AKHS-A is implementing three Community Midwifery Education Program Schools each in Bamyan, Badakhshan and Baghlan.

Job Description:
پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین طبی وضع شده .
برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل مرکز صحی ومراجعین و احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم و متابعت از آن .
ارایه خدمات مشاوره روانی – اجتماعی به شکل انفرادی و گروپی برای مراجعین و مریضان در تسهیل صحی .
فعال بودن در رابطه به آگاهی دهی و تعلیمات روانی برای مراجعین و مریضان مرکز صحی .
ارایه معالجه گروپی (باز و بسته).
اجرای تمام وظایف در مطابقت به معیار های اخلاقی مشاوره روانی – اجتماعی .
سهم گیری درتریننگ ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکز صحی مطابق به پلان تریننگ داخلی مرکز صحی.
اشتراک منظم و فعال در مجالس، نظارت با مسول صحت روانی، قابله و نظارت کننده ګان صحی جامعه و در صورت ضرورت با کارکنان صحی جامعه جهت انکشاف و پیشرفت پروگرام و حل مشكلات در سطح مرکز صحی.
کار تیمی دوامدار با کارکنان صحی اعم از داکتران، نرس ها و قابله ها در مراکز صحی (جلسات منظم تیمی).
ثبت نمودن تمام معلومات مراجعه کننده گان و توحید اسناد آن، ثبت و نوشتن قضایا در کتاب و فورمه مخصوص .
راه اندازی گروپ های آګاهی دهی در سطح مرکز صحی.
راه اندازی برنامه های آگاهی دهی ساحوی جهت شناسایی و تشویق مریضان روانی و مراجعین روانی – اجتماعی برای دریافت تداوی و مداخله .
نظارت تخنیکی از فعالیت قابله و نظارت کننده صحی جامعه که خدمات مشاوره اولیه را در مراکز صحی اساسی فراهم میکنند.
تهیه و ارسال راپور و گزارش فعالیت های ماهوار، ربع وار و سالانه به بخش مربوطه بصورت دقیق به دیپارتمنت مربوطه.
اجرا و تطبیق پروگرام های جدید انکشافی.
سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت.
اجرای وظایف سپرده شده از طرف امر کلینیک و سوچر وایزر مربوطه .
Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in psychology or postgraduate with experience in psychology counseling social work or related field.
Work Experience:
At least one year of working experience in hospitals/clinics particularly as a psychosocial counselor.
Skills:
Good communication skills in Dari and proven management ability.
General:
A local resident of Bamyan Province or willing to stay for a long time in Bamyan.
