Mobarakeh Welfare Institute is a free, non-governmental, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-affiliated Afghan National Institution established by a group of health care professionals in 2003 and registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan at No. 45. Started its implementation in the implementation of basic health services suite (BPHS) programs, basic hospital services suite (EPHS) in addition to implementing large BPHS and EPHS projects FHH projects, mobile health teams, GBV projects in five Provinces (Daikundi, Bamyan, Nimroz, Baghlan and Kunduz) funded by UNFPA It is worth mentioning that MOVE has been actively involved in the implementation of Citizen Charter projects in Badghis and Nimroz provinces.

· Regular screening of under5 children and PLWs.
· Regular conducting of BFCC sessions.
· Training and on the job training of CHWS.
· Regular collection of nutrition data at health facility level.
· Admission and follow up of OTP patients
· Development of nutrition filling system
· Regular submission of food distribution report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Regular distribution of food items to OTP sites and follows up of expenses.
· Attend morning report, visits, round, technical seminars and discussions.
· Accurate, proper and on time records and filling of all HMIS forms and patients files according to the BPHS standards.
· Respect and follow WORLD rules and regulation and proper attitude against the clients for their satisfaction.
· Performing lifesaving emergency measures as needed.
· Conduct Health education session in all relevant issue with Patients,
· Attending and participate in all necessary meeting, workshop and training.
