Afghan Social Organization for Women (ASOW) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political Afghan national organization established and registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2020. ASOW works for the development of Afghan society, especially women and children through providing education services, arranging capacity-building programs, imparting vocational skills training, ensuring food security, and emergency relief assistance in times of natural or man-made calamities. ASOW aims to improve the socio-economic condition of women throughout the country by providing necessary assistance and designing programs that will equip them with the right skills to take an active part in the development of society.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Collect data from targeted beneficiaries’ households using questionnaires;
Complete the data collection according to the tools and deadlines provided in the work plan;
Ensure the data is collected according to the beneficiary selection criteria;
Ensure accurateness of the data and report any problems faced during data collection to the relevant supervisor instantly;
Guiding beneficiaries to distribution/registration centers for SCOPE registration;
Coordinate with relevant technical staff in the development/amendment of assessment tools including questionnaires, data collection, etc.
Assist in data collection, including household-level assessment verification, distribution and post-distribution monitoring, and other surveys and assessments as needed.
Prepare SCOPE registration plans and share it with the supervisor,
Implement the SCOPE registration plans and coordinate the implementation methodology with project team,
Register at least 150 beneficiaries per day in SCOPE database and report the registration status to the supervisor,
Prepare beneficiaries registration forms in accordance to WFP criteria,
Submit the registered list and forms to the supervisor.
Upload the registered data in SCOPE database and report the uploading process to the supervisor,
Coordinate the registration findings with WFP project focal point and project unit and follow instructions provided by the supervisor,
Any other tasks related to Survey/SCOPE registration process assigned by the supervisor,
Job Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Able to work under heavy pressure situation
Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
Ability to speak Pashto and Dari
Showing good behavior and character with the community members and beneficiaries
Strong communication skills required
Ability to travel to various districts in the respective provinces
