Summary of Key Functions:
Successfully attend assessment training for interviewers as planned by the team in order to learn about data collection techniques and practice and the use of data collection tools
Perform the allocated job of interviewer according to the given travel plan and schedule during survey period.
Collect data from community members (women/men & demographic mix), IDP camps, Community Based & Grassroots organizations, Public Authorities, other key stakeholders and opinion leaders (Religious leaders, traditional leaders, etc.)
Travel to the targeted villages /assigned locations for interview.
Explain the purpose and scope of the data collection to respondents before the start of interviews
Successfully and faithfully perform the interview in the assigned locations, collect and retain the interview results and interview sheets.
Completion data collection according to the tools and deadlines provided in the work plan
Ensure accuracy of the data and reporting any problems encountered during data collection to program staff immediately.
Coordination with related technical staff in development/ amendment of assessment tools including questionnaire, collected data and etc.
Coordination in data entry of collected data
Key relations:
Ensures coordination with PQ unit and project/ program team
Key Results Expected:
Handing over the results of the work in an organized manner as per instructions.

Skills and Experience:
Education:
Graduated From Grade 12, 14 or equivalent professional qualifications.
Work Experience:
Having 6 months to 1 year in data collection experience, especially within an NGO, UN agencies or similar organization
Languages Skills:
Fluency in English, Dari and/or Pashto, both written and spoke
