was that people affected by different means of violence should be involved in decision-making for positive change in the development process of the country.

Job Description:
Teaching students to understand Pashto and Dari, speak them and are able to write and read.
Developing lesson plans in line with the YHF Curriculum.
Planning of classes and the marking of work handed in.
Evaluating the students' class work and assignments.
Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
Classroom management.
Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly to students, other teachers, parents, and administration officials.
Writing Skills: Teachers write progress reports, and notes at home.
Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience will help teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.
Creativity: Teachers have to find ways to involve students in their lessons.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Education, Social Science, and related field
Experience: 2, 3 years experience in teaching
