Job Purpose
The enumerators will be responsible to visit and collect the data from the project related sites and interventions in the targeted communities in order to conduct Face to face Interviews with for multiple projects in Kandahar City and as well in SCI targeted districts.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for reporting all data collection provincial activities to the supervisor/MEAL Coordinator and Project team.
Conduct In depth interviews with key Key stakeholder, and individuals for the purpose of Multi-Sector need assessment in targeted areas.
Liaise with each project team and field staffs for conducting for collecting data and contact supervisor regarding data retrieval and reporting issues.
Maintain a filing system for all survey activities and contact supervisor for questionnaires delivers
Attending prior data collection training for survey methodology, baseline through digital data collection system.
Data collection process should take place through the designed survey questionnaires in hard and soft as well, while giving the marks should strictly follow the selection criteria accordingly.
Communication should be done with project team and their line supervisor and should have familiarity of the communities and be aware of the related costume the program sites stockholders and he will be also able to have good coordination with stakeholder during survey implementation.
Collect the data based on the designed tools of the survey it should be double checked and it should be validated data without any missing, and s/he make sure the survey is done based on the standard manner without any obstacles.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduated from 12 Class
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Essential
2 years of related experience in the field of survey
Desirable
Strong interpersonal and team skills, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail)
Ability to work alongside others under stressful conditions in conflict-prone situations
Effective self organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
