The Technical Education & Skills Training Organization (TEST) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization dedicated to the welfare and progress of Afghan people residing inside and outside of the country, with a primary focus on the empowerment of women, widows, orphans and young girls. The TEST operates programs in the areas of health education, income generation, agricultural training, vocational skills training, capacity building, relief distribution, and risk assessments. Founded on the 25th of February, 2010 TEST is one of the best Afghan NGOs working in Afghanistan and the largest Afghan non-governmental organization. Duties & Responsibilities:
The SCOPE Registration Clerk will record and register the project beneficiaries work under the direct supervision of the project manager and report the finding and list of beneficiaries to TEST programme unit. He/She will be fully responsible for SCOPE related activities of the project in the main and site office of the project. He/She will be responsible for the over-all management of the SCOPE database and will make sure TEST & WFP registration rules and regulation are properly implemented in the field office and related project.
Conduct meetings with CDCs DDAs and PAT-monitors regarding the SCOPE registration goals and objectives and share the meeting minutes with TEST and WFP office in Kabul.
Prepare the list of identified beneficiaries which will include the beneficiaries’ national ID numbers.
Prepare SCOPE registration plans and Share with WFP and TEST office in Kabul.
Implement the SCOPE registration plans and coordinate the implementation methodology with WFP and TEST office in Kabul.
Register at least 70 beneficiaries per day in SCOPE database and report the registration statues with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare beneficiaries registration forms in accordance to WFP office necessity.
Share the registered list and forms with WFP and TEST office in Kabul.
Upload the registered data in SCOPE database and report the uploading process with WFP and TEST office in Kabul.
Coordinate the registration findings with WFP project focal point and TEST programme unit and seek advice for the solutions.
Any other tasks related to SCOPE registration process assigned by the TEST programme and project office.

Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
Ability to speak Pashto and Dari
Showing good behavior and character with the community members and beneficiaries
Strong communication skills required
Should have a smartphone and ability to use smartphone
Computer skills required particularly Microsoft Office
Ability to travel to various districts in the respective provinces
