Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the local Shoras and communities’ elders
Participate in the selection of the target villages
Perform the beneficiaries’ verification and do door to door assessment for the beneficiary selection process
Use the scope registrar program for the target beneficiaries
Identify the problems and make appropriate recommendation to the line-supervisor
Coordinate the distribution process with beneficiaries in advance.
Prepare the distribution list and take the fingerprint of the beneficiaries on the distribution lists
Ensure the COVID-19 preventative measures are observed throughout the implementation of project activities.
Active participation in all activities related to Food Distribution.
Active participation in beneficiary selection for Food Distribution.
Prepare proper documents including certified notes for each selected beneficiaries.
Maintain close linkage with beneficiaries and clarify the objectives of the project.
Perform any other task requested by the line Manager.
Job Requirements:
University Degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences with national and/or international NGOs.
Understanding (reading and writing basic English).
Good attention to details.
Problem solving and good communication skills.
Committed and punctual.
