Job Summary
Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and learning Assistant will be responsible for leading IRA-HELP project data collection process, oversight and visit to project sites. he is also responsible for the implementation of MEAL tools (project log frame, trackers, project checklists and questionnaires). She/He will be expected to share project information and keep project MIS updated. The incumbent will work under the supervision of MEAL technical person and will carried our field visits to the project sites.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collecting accurate data (through specific checklists ) prepared for the HELP project in the targeted locations
Responsible to monitor the beneficiary selection process, assessments and surveys carried out for the Health, Education and Livelihood component of the project
Keep the project datasheet and day to day data need of the HELP project
Responsible for managing HMIS and sharing data with country office/MEAL/Program team for reporting purpose to donor
Responsible for data entry and data management as per the pre-set data base
Track HeLP project progress to make sure the project result chain is achieved
Provide summary reports of Field visits in addition to the forms and checklist He/She will be responsible to complete them
Responsible to monitor the distribution points, process monitoring and conducting PDM surveys in the targeted locations.
Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, program data, lesson learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing.
Ensure Community Based Feedback Response Mechanism (CBFRM) in place in the project targeted locations
Provide awareness on the IRW accountability and CFM system in the target locations and ensure the visibility of CFM
Assist in developing program and operational reporting templates that facilitate the acquisition and aggregation of information in programs.
Make sure the quality implementation of the project deliverables, including verify project milestones are met
Will be assigned additional tasks by his or her supervisor
Assist in coordinated compilation and dissemination of Annual, Quarterly Reports and Monthly Reports for the Program in the region
Ensure project visibility in the ground through visualizing project’s deliverables
Job Requirements
Qualification and Special Knowledge/experience:
· Bachelor degree in Statistics, Economics, Education, Agriculture, Social science and other relevant fields
· Dept knowledge on softwars i.e. Kobo toolbox, STATA, SPSS or any other
Minimum 1 years progressive working experience related to data collection and field monitoring.
Good communication, negotiation, analytical and report writing skills.
Good computer skills Windows/MS Office/Excel and command on using statistical packages.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of standards for implementation of projects.
Proficiency in Pashto and Dari along with fair level of understanding of English language
Good interpersonal and social skills
