Job Description:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Collecting staff monthly time sheet;
Checking the staff attendance book every day from 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM
Follow up with personal leave records and updating
Follow up with daily attendance records and report back to HR Officer
Preparing monthly attendance reports and share with respective department for further checkup and review.
Follow up with requirement plan according to assigned task from ASLO HR Officer
Creating and distributing documents
Recruitment/New Hire Process
Preparing short terms contract
Participating in recruitment process
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing and creating new employee personnel files
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Any other tasks assigned by the related supervisor and Executive director.
