Job Description:
SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS:
This position will be conducting field registration, working with communities to introduce eligibility requirements and identify beneficiaries meeting project requirements, will further support distribution and orientation to BNFs on the usage of in-kind support. This is a "national" position and is based in Balkh sub office. The position holder will be issued a "Project Based Contract” max for the duration of the project unless extended to implement other project(s) in portfolio.

DUTY LOCATIONS:
Balkh province with frequent travels to Dehdadi and other districts and villages in the province
KEY RESULT EXPECTED
Successfully attend assessment training for interviewers as planned by the team to learn about data collection techniques and practice and the use of data collection tools.
Perform the allocated job of interviewer according to the given travel plan and schedule during assessment period.
Travel to the target districts, villages and conduct survey and consult with CDC and community elders and local government authorities for identification and selection of eligible people in line with the project criteria.
Conduct and coordinate the distribution process of non-food items to the targeted beneficiaries with consideration of all transparency and control mechanism.
Explain the purpose and scope of the data collection to respondents before the start of interviews.
Data collection according to the tools and deadlines provided in the work plan
Ensure accuracy of the data and reporting any problems encountered during data collection to project supervisor immediately.
Coordination with related technical staff in development/ amendment of assessment tools including questionnaire, collected data etc.
Make sure proper documentation, hard and soft filing system of the project related documents
Fulfill any other task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
General management, conflict sensitivity analysis, project implementation, assessment and survey, distribution report writing, good spoken and written skills of local languages. Computer skills Ms Office package, team work and have the skills to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team.
EDUCATION:
University graduated (BSC degree)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year experience in humanitarian programs and related field preferably in National and international organization
LANGUAGES SKILLS: Dari and Pashto English is plus
