Job description


Union Aid is seeking for a capable candidate who has Financial experience as well as Administration to help in controlling and cooperating with finance and administration departments on due tasks.  The candidate should have ability to process all related financial transactions individually with the direct support of finance and administration officers.

Job Description:

Payment of fuel and maintenance of vehicles on monthly basis,
Prepare monthly financial report,
Keep proper filing and record both in soft & hard
Preparing of vouchers and properly recording in QuickBooks system.                                    
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.  
Track bank deposits and payments 
Reconciling of daily, monthly and yearly transactions in the QuickBooks.
Ensuring final check and verification of financial documents before payment of cash.                                        
 
Job Requirements:
Holder of BBA finance / Administration,
One year experience with local or International NGO,
Good command of Ms-Excel  and Ms-Word, and
Ability to speak in local languages.
