Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up with HR daily tasks
Follow up with requirement plan according to assigned tasks from Head of HR & Personnel.
Managing and controlling humanitarian programs personnel files and reporting to Head of HR & Personnel.
Should have knowledge of emergency projects due to having humanitarian programs.
She/He will also work closely with HR Department to ensure they are updated on new starters details or status changes within the organization.
She/he will mostly be focusing on monthly employee attendance records and time sheets.
She/he is required to travel to the field offices for supporting the recruitment of the humanitarian programs.
Collecting the related project staff time sheets on monthly basis
Required travel to the field of the related humanitarian programs based on needs.
Answering project employee payroll and general questions.
Recruitment/New Hire HR documentation process.
Announcing local vacancies along with its document requirement based on project needs.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process of the humanitarian programs.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed for the humanitarian programs.
Preparing and updating personnel files for the all the SRO staff.
Update humanitarian programs staff list on monthly basis.
Assist in humanitarian programs staff payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like attendance report, absentees, food costs, Perdiem and other allowances/deductions.
She/she is required to actively participate and support other HR team.
Provide orientations for new employees by explaining the organization policies and procedures and ethical guidelines for the humanitarian programs.
Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
Ensuring compliance with Afghan labor law as well as NAC HR policies.
Any other tasks given by the organization and related supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Languags Required:
Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashtu
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
