Job Description:

Providing accounting vouchers for the compliance unit as per their request, keep record of them and putting them back in their concerned files.

-Providing scan or copy of accounting document for Audit or any missing document

-Prepare the vouchers (description and codification) for USD and AFN journals

In charge to put the stamp PAID on the bills

Support Finance staff in printing, copying and binding materials, administrative issue and clerical services.

Establish and Maintain Proper filling system for Finance Department

Monitor and document the progress of programme activities.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration,

Familiar with local and International NGOs policy.

Very good spoken and written Pashto, Dari – understanding of English language is essential.

Good working skills on computer i.e. Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).

Strong understanding of Pashto, Dari language and English language desirable.

DAARTT (Danish Assistance to Afghan Rehabilitation and Technical Training) is an NGO established in Afghanistan by the Danish People’s Aid (DPA) in 2003. The organization is specialized in construction and has built more than 200 schools, clinics and other buildings in Afghanistan, but is also engaged in humanitarian activities, such as construction of wells for drought-hit families and distribution of non-food items and emergency cash to people in need.
