Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget of the projects.
Develop and prepare weekly monthly quarterly semi-annual annual and final comprehensive reports on ongoing programs and submit summary reports as per the office and donor requirements.
Develop manage Action Plans and Log Frame for the project activities.
Assist in development of concept notes and proposal for the project extensions.
Assist in development of budgets for the project activities and track budgets for individual services and quarterly expenditures including allocation of adequate resources to each program and remaining within limits outlined by Senior Management team.
Lead and manage the proper implementation of policies within the project.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Track staff and project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Job Requirements:
University degree in low, and/or social science is required.
One year of similar working experience in Child Protection with I/NGOs is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening skills.
Ability to allocate and review priorities to meet the deadlines Ability to identify problems ad resolutions.
Able to work independently with little supervision, reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team’s success.
