Job Description:
Representing WSTA in the region and actively participated in regional meetings (clusters, RHT, and OCT meetings)
Reporting of the WSTA activities in close coordination with the Regional/Project Manager to the UNHCR regional office in Mazar Sharif
Track and effectively organize all project documentation
Maintain close working relationships with line ministries such as MoRR, MoEc, etc. as necessary
Link regularly with relevant focal points in government to maintain constructive working relations
Create a database of all relevant governmental, NGO, and Civil society officials to ensure a good working relationship environment
Support the Regional/Project Manager in managing governorate-level relationships and addressing any issues at that level in consultation with Senior Program Manager
Participate/support the senior program manager in the development of project proposals, data collection, and other fundraising opportunities relating to the northern region
Perform other duties as requested by Senior Program Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Post-graduate degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Political Science, International Relation, and Communication
Minimum 3 years of experience in an NGO/INGO
Proven ability to network and engage a wide range of stakeholders
Excellent English and local language skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Research and project management skills.
