Job Description:
Provide CBHC Services according to Basic Package of Health Services.
Regular supervision and monitoring from Community Health Supervisor (CHS) and Community Health Worker (CHW).
Supportive Supervision and monitoring from CHS and CHW trainings.
Conduct on the job training for CHS and CHW during work.
Support MoPH-CBHC programs in project area.
Encourage of community to improve health services.
To monitor and check monthly reports of CHS on HFs area.
Preparing for CHWs all necessary reporting and documenting tools.
To improve community health services qualification.
Attendance in monthly health shora meeting and improve their puts
Making good relation between health facilities and community.
Provide monthly feedback to CHS.
Assist in quality data generation and quality data entry HFs area and in databases.
Manage the CBHC database and update Monthly training name, topics and other changing,
On time monthly and quarterly reporting related CBHC
Do any other tasks assign by the supervisor?
Job Requirements:
Education: holding an educational degree in nursing.
Experience: two to three years of experience in the relevant field.
Personal Characteristics: Proven excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, punctuality and commitment, working under pressure and long hours. Flexible team player, innovative, and clear understanding of the working context.
