Job Summary
This assignment aims to enhance the practical knowledge and skills of rural women in improved wool spinning, washing, sorting, grading, storing, and hygienic handling practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Master Trainer (STTA) is mainly responsible to manage the classroom and practical training sessions organized for the rural women wool spinners:
Train rural women wool spinners in improved wool processing/yarn production.
Train the participants in wool cleaning, washing, sorting, grading, and storing in a proper place.
Practical training for women wool spinners by using a wooden machine for wool spinning.
Explain the hygienic aspects of wool spinning.
Performs other related activities as required and liaises with the concerned AVC-Livestock staff to determine training needs and schedule training.
Job Requirements
Literate (School graduate preferred)
At least 2 years of practical work experience in the field of the wool industry. Experience in conducting similar training with wooden wool spinning machine usage.
Demonstrated skills and knowledge in wool spinning, washing, sorting, grading, and storing.
Previous experience in conducting assessments and training is a plus.
Fluency in Pashto/Dari.
