Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE:

HR Coordinator will ensure timely submission and accuracy of reward/payroll reports for National Staffs to be submitted to Finance and manage exit management process of leaving staff.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

 

A. Payroll and Benefits Administration

 

100% completion and accuracy with timely audits on payroll and all payroll updates to be captured on payroll. This would include relationship building at the Country office level especially with staff in Finance payroll team so that national staff payroll runs seamlessly.
Onboarding and exit process administration, enrolment/termination, scheduling of exit interviews
Process Medical insurance documents of national staff and keep relevant tracker updated
Provide support in coordination of annual salary review cycle
 

 B. Data Reporting

 

Update data base of SCI-AF National
Ensuring data completeness and quality
Provide necessary data and information to Finance in relation to national staff list and salaries
Raise tickets to FMS (Aggresso) team where required
Troubleshoot annual leave records and reconciliation on monthly basis
Provide online timesheet system support to all staff as required
 

Others

Provide support to other HR team members and functions as necessary
Ready to travel to field office on need basis
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field
Having 4 years of relevant work experience with international organizations.
Having experience of online systems like HRIS, online timesheet & etc
Experience of managing excel database
Experience of delivering client-oriented HR services.
Ability to work under pressure and manage different priorities simultaneously.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari languages.
Willingness to learn, adapt and develop oneself as an HR professional.
Good understanding of computer applications including MS Office.
