Job Description:
Achievement of monthly volume and cash targets
Ensure proper coverage of the Assigned area Retail Outlets based on preset frequencies and sequence
Regularly visit assigned customers and retailers to demonstrate the products , explain product features, initiate orders
Create new Outlets and do product displays in new and old outlets across the assigned territory
Effective use of Trade spends and promotional materials
Frequently monitor assigned retail outlets to ensure they are stocked with products and displaying it properly.
Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and new customer and retailers
Report competitor’s activities regularly and inform the management for any new development in the market place.
Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports on activities and sales.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must have a minimum qualification of High school while priority will be given to university graduates
A minimum of three (3+) years of work experience in the field of Pharmacy or FMCG Retail Sales
Applicant must have his own motorbike , female applicants are exempted from this qualification
Very good writing and communication skills (English and local Languages Dari & Pashto )
Must be computer literate (good with Microsoft word and Excel)
Ability of Spending 90% of time on Market visits & building strong relationships with clients
Must be a team player (able to work well with others)
Negotiation skills in multicultural and multilingual environment
Must know how to ride a motorbike female candidates are exempted from this qualification
